just got home last night from our trip over to california for the weekend – many thanks to the great staff and students at scrapbook territory. the workshops were such fun, the kindness and creativity from the students was definitely exciting! it was so great to see everyone's creations as we worked with so many products, tools, and embellishments. of course diane and crew from scrapbook territory were so amazing, busy filling up everyone's shopping bags and get this…even rented a cotton candy machine for the class! yep, we put mario right to work spinning up cotton candy for the evening classes – nothing like a sugar buzz to finish off the night and give everyone that little boost of energy to go shopping! thank you all so much for taking the time to be creative. i hope you had as much fun as i did. i was a little too busy to click any pics, but a couple of my students posted some great photo moments of the weekend on their blogs – check them out…

so i'm back home for today to get unpacked and repacked to head out to south africa in the morning to teach at the south africa scrapbook convention to over 400 students! can't wait! gotta go – lots to do, i'll check in tomorrow before boarding the plane….t!m
