hi bloggers! we’ve been having an amazing time here in sydney. we actually had a few days off to enjoy australia, see the sights, and most definitely enjoy the journey. our good friend rachel greig and her husband stewart (owners of darkroom door stamps here in oz) were so kind to offer to take us around to see the sights of sydney. we went to coogee beach, bondi beach, and then headed into sydney to enjoy my first ever meat pie at the famous “harry’s cafe de wheels” complete with potatoes & mushy peas. we also took a ferry ride through sydney harbor to luna park to check out this iconic amusement park and watch the sunset with the sydney opera house and harbor bridge as a awesome backdrop…
however the highlight was most definitely climbing the sydney harbor bridge…
oh yes, our group of 10 took the 3+ hour bridge climb adventure to climb over 1500 steps to the top of the sydney harbor bridge – what an incredible experience, and spectacular views of sydney! the group included myself, mario, rachel, stewart, alain from ranger, his 3 wonderful sisters who traveled to sydney to join the fun, and chad and nicole from stamp-it our aussie distributors. i’m telling you it was something i will never forget!
so for the next couple of days i demo at the craft show here in sydney before teaching this weekend to another 250 students, and i can’t wait. having a great time in a land down under…t!m
