hey there bloggers! well it's after 9pm here in new jersey and day 1 of ranger u is finished up. we have an incredible group of people once again and we started the day with a tour around the ranger factory so everyone got a first hand look at how our products are made. then i taught perfect pearls for the first half of the day, took a break for lunch, and then melt art was taught by suze for the second half. it's always just fun to see how the students take what they learn and put their own unique spin on it. so much to learn, so little time. we finished up the day with a ranger family bbq in the warehouse – just one of the cool things working for a family owned company can bring. gotta love it! well off to bed, tomorrow is another jam packed day…
