thank you The Crafty Scrapper…

1we craft all day, and ink away… deep in the heart of texas!

located in the charming town of waxahachie, texas, centered around a beautiful courthouse and streets lined with historic buildings, is the crafty scrapper. a creative wonderland owned by the hysterical and absolutely wonderful carolyn (pictured above). the store is literally filled with all things paper craft, mixed-media, antique treasures, and a spacious classroom where we spent 4 days teaching talented students…

a huge thank you to everyone who joined in the creative fun for your willingness to learn, share, and create together.  it’s so inspiring to see you discovering techniques in “Creative Chemistry – LIVE” and exploring your inner artist in “The Artful Assemblage”. i love sharing this creative journey with all of you, and i appreciate you taking the time to share it with me…

and of course i really need to thank the “dream team” anita, mario, and carolyn – i couldn’t have done it without you guys.  from thelma and louise, antique shopping, cowboy chicken, and cold brew to mary toppings, pokemongo and stories of chocolates on your pillow, i’m grateful for all of the fun, friendship, and laughs we shared together…

Hey Tim, I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to meet you and take your class at the Crafty last week. I’m sure it was awesome. So glad you enjoyed ‘hachie and Texas. Hopefully next time, I’ll get the opportunity to come see you. I think maybe you should come to one of our retreats. Now there’s where the rubber meets the road. If you thought you had fun last week …….Carolyn can attest to the fun at our retreats. Take care!

Of all the stores that I shop at in the United States, Crafty Scrapper in Waxahachie, Texas is my favorite. I look forward to my annual Texas trek just so I can see Carolyn and crew. I am so happy you had a great time, I am just sad that I could not swing a trip for your classes.

Why don’t you teach in or near home ,Prescott,
I’m sure those of us in AZ far from PHX would
love, love, love to have a play day with you.

near nothing!! The closest city is Payson and
all there is is Walmart and NO classes unless we
go to The Valley and as you know too too hot!!

Thank you Carolyn, Gina, and Anita for making our day with Tim go so smoothly and for just making the entire store extra Holtz-ified! We appreciate everything you lovely ladies do! You are just great Tim, and everyone is always happy to see you.
