staying social…

hey bloggers!  the world of social media has a variety of ways to communicate and share all of the “goings on” of life’s amazing journey.  that being said, we’ve made a few changes and added some new ways to make sharing all of this just a little easier for everyone.  so please check out all of these social media outlets that we have to stay connected and of course to stay social…t!m

tim holtz app: if you haven’t downloaded my app for your iphone or android, what are you waiting for?  it’s really the easiest way to stay connected with everything we’re doing.  whether you’re interested in where i’m teaching on my calendar, wanting to watch the latest technique videos, follow the blog posts, or simply have the easiest access to twitter and facebook, it’s all right there on the home screen of the app.  of course the main feature of the app is keeping track of your product inventory and wish lists – it’s the coolest thing…

blog: as you know i love to blog, i think it’s a great way to share what’s going on and i will continue to keep this blog as my main point of communicating and sharing what’s going on around my studio, where i’ve traveled, and of course tutorials on techniques, and giveaways…

facebook: while we were at Ranger Ink last week we got a great lesson about facebook (thanks charlene) and learned that we (both mario and myself) should really be posting on my “business page” instead of on our personal walls.   so from now on, all of our posts, instagrams, etc. will only post on the “tim holtz designs” facebook page.  this is your all-in-one place on facebook to interact with us as we share in the creative adventures.  i will continue to link my blog posts and instagram to this facebook page so you can continue to get info that way, and i’m happy to announce that mario will now be posting all of his BTS (behind the scenes) photos on this same facebook page for everyone to follow along.  his posts will always begin with “BTS” so you know it’s him.  to join in the fun, be sure to “like” the tim holtz designs facebook page so it will show up on your feed – it’s going to be great…

twitter: we will both continue to post on our twitter accounts so be sure to follow us on twitter “tim_holtz” and “mariojrossi”  if you like the quick and quirky interactions of twitter.  you just never know what the topics will be from day to day, i love it…

instagram: this photo sharing outlet of social media is soon becoming a favorite of mine.  if you have a smart phone, you can follow us on instagram as well at “tim_holtz” and “mariojrossi”.  keep in mind, these photo posts on instagram will also automatically post on the facebook page so you can follow everything there if you prefer (so many options right?)…

pinterest: lastly, the world on pinterest is a visual wonderland of ideas and a great way to share inspiring projects and more.  be sure to check out my pinterest boards here – new inspiration is added all the time…

Thanks so much for the updates, very helpful. You have a full time job just keeping up with your social media posts!!!! But we your fans love it !!! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing talent with all of us, you are such an inspiration. Do you ever teach any classes close to Greensboro, North Carolina? I would love to take one of your classes.

I do not do all the ‘social’ connections that are available. The blog is my main way of staying informed. It would be nice to have a program for my computer to keep track of all the Tim Holtz and Ranger products. Thanks for keeping us all informed.

How do you do it? I hardly have enough time to make things, let alone do social media–I try, though–but I don’t tweet. Leaving that to the birds.

Don’t know how you find the time to keep up with all this and still have time to create…
I’ll stick to the blog so I have time to create myself (have to work full time as well) 🙂

I can’t find the “Tim Holtz Designs” facebook page. Is it under another name? When I do a facebook search, it takes me to web links instead of any facebook page. I’d LOVE to follow you on facebook … but I’m really addicted to the blog. <3

I follow you on EVERYTHING! I LOVE the App and in the process of adding my inventory to it. So much easier than the excel list that I used to have. Thank you for thinking of that!!! It is WONDERFUL!

LOVE the iPhone app. Having the product tracking is wonderful. I was unable to locate the android app. Is it up and running?? Also, a suggestion for the wish list – It is really difficult to have to click in and out of each product line to see what you need when you are standing at the store. It would be great if the wishlist could be a single list (right up front) – (maybe sortable by line?)

Thanks so much for all you do!

Good to know about the changes in the FB… glad to know I follow you just about anywhere you are – both Tim and Mario! (does that make me a stalker? — if so — prepare to be stalked)

Looking forward to the next semi-near me classes!!
