sneak peek: stampers anonymous “crazy” halloween…

halloweenare you ready to check out the latest products coming your way?  today i’m sharing part 1 of my new releases from stampers anonymous.  for those going to the carson rubber stamp show this weekend in california, you’ll be the first to get your hands on the new releases.  i’ll be there demoing in the stampers anonymous booth and showing lots of finished samples.  if you’re not able to get to the show, not to worry, these new stamps and stencils start shipping to your local and online retailer next monday…

even though this is supposed to be a seasonal release, i couldn’t help but add more fun to the insane world of “bird crazy”.  the popularity of this stamp set has been overwhelming to say the least (thanks for that), so i thought why not add even more craziness?   if you’ve been looking for different ways to use these quirky feathered friends, get ready to have more creative fun with crazy talk, crazy things, and crazy thoughts…

– “crazy talk”: these fun and whimsical fonts provide the perfect sentiments to use with the birds including “a little birdie told me” and plenty of chatter to go with it…

– “crazy things”: the first time i saw my friend kristina werner dress up one of the crazy birds for a card on her blog, i became obsessed with the possibilities.  lucky for us i asked her if she would draw an entire collection of “crazy things” to accessorize these guys and she said yes!  the results are pure creative brilliance with images that can be used all year long – thanks again kristina…

– “crazy thoughts”: designed to mimic the stylings of vintage comics, this set is so fun.  let’s face it, sometimes words simply can’t express what might be going on in the minds of these birds…

even though i’m waiting until this weekend at the show to share the rest of the amazing card samples using the new stamps & stencils, i couldn’t wait to share these favorites using the new “crazy” sets (made by richele christensen)…

if your looking for a little more fright, how about this ghoulishly wonderful set called “undertaker”.  this crypt keeper is certainly dressed in his best and is so fun to create with, i had to have it in two sizes.  the set also includes an old death notification clipping, a classic undertaker advert, several vintage apothecary labels, and a stylish halloween script and spider…

i think background stamps are one of the most versatile types of stamps to own so i love creating new and interesting backgrounds.  this release includes a couple of instant classics including “ledger script” from an authentic old ledger, as well as “zigzag & diamonds” with just a touch of grunge and distress…

even though i love last year’s halloween layering stencils shatter, gothic, and halloween, there is always room for more.  this year i’ve added this iconic “batground” and tattered “zigzag” patterns to the mix…
