layering stencils sneak peek 2013…

stencilsbig news today!  hey everyone, i’m thrilled to announce my latest collaboration with stampers anonymous – introducing layering stencils.  there is no doubt the use of stencils in art and mixed media are definitely the latest must have tools.  i wanted to design stencils that were a little more imperfect as a way to add texture and imagery along with my stamps.  so what better way to achieve that than to work with stampers anonymous to bring some of my most popular stamp designs to life as stencils.  i have to say that i couldn’t be happier with the final outcome, and trust me, when you see the grungy detail of these 13 designs of layering stencils you will be happy too…

i wanted a convenient way to store these stencils so i designed them in a simple tag shape – now you can easily organize your stencils.  with a total size of 4.125″ x 8.5″ each tag has a hole in the top to attach with a basic book ring.  use layering stencils with your favorite inks, paints, pastes, stamps, and more for endless possibilities…

When I read your blog that said you were coming out with some stencils I thought to myself “well, there are so many stencils already on the market, there probably wont be anything that we haven’t already seen”, boy was I wrong. I should have known better since it was you. They are awesome Tim, each one is so great and I’m on pins and needles wanting to get the whole set. Way to go!!!
