heading for home…

417pxewr_airport_map hey bloggers – what a week it’s been.  i’m sitting here at the airport in newark waiting for my flight back to arizona, and then the 2 hour drive from the airport home to prescott.  this week at ranger has actually gone pretty fast.   i’ve kept busy the rest of the week with more meetings (if you can believe that!), a conference call here or there, testing some new products (love that), and getting things ready for next year.  it’s always so inspiring as we look into 2009 and all of the things we want to achieve as a company, what new products we’re able to release at each show, what events to teach at and where, you get the idea…

i’ve had quite a bit of fun this trip too.  bbq’s the first 2 nights, meeting up with friends, and last night i headed out for a "dock & dine" adventure.  living in the land-locked state of arizona i didn’t really know what that was.  well i got to experience it – too much fun!  you basically take a boat down the river and dock at one of the restaurants, have dinner and drinks, and then boat back home – seems pretty basic, but man was it a good time.  i loved that. ..

so here i sit in terminal a, waiting for my "on-time" flight thank goodness, and looking forward to being home for a few days before heading down to creative escape next month (looking forward to that as well!).  hope you had a great week too…t!m
