eclectic elements fabric is shipping…

elements
today was a good day around the studio.  i received news from coats that all 24 designs of my new eclectic elements fabric that debuted at quilt market earlier this year are in stock and shipping now!  that means all of the yardage, fat quarters, and design rolls are making their way to a local retailer near you (contact your local quilt/fabric shop to see if they are stocking it).  also shipping are the 6×6 and 12×12 fabric craft packs featured at cha (contact your local paper craft shop to see if they are stocking it).  i honestly can’t wait to see all of the creative quilts, home decor, and mixed media projects you guys will be making.  the addition of fabric has opened up so many new creative outlets and interest for me as i take on the challenge of becoming better at sewing (i know i can, i know i can)…

today i also received this amazing quilt made by the talented richele christensen.  richele made this originally for quilt market, but once i saw it i knew it had to be mine so i bought it from her.  it going to look great in my house, but first i had to take this awesome “lifestyle” photo of the quilt draped over an old chair next to the vintage washing machines in front of my house (weird yes, but still cool)…
