this release is one of my favorites and when you see the nostalgic palette of colors of the paper line, the industrial inspired findings, creative new structures, and awesome storage – i’m sure you’ll see why.  when it comes to findings and embellishments, i’m inspired to bring to market eclectic assortments of found objects.  this release includes lots of little trinkets that we’ve discovered throughout our travels and designed them to allow you to customize many of them including the new cameo frames, watch cameos, decorative domes, baroque frames, and apothecary vials.  if you’ve been a fan of idea-ology for a while, then i hope you share my excitement for a few of my favorites releasing in new sizes including the mini pocket watch, mini plaquettes, and the large gadget gears.  there’s also new quote bands, key adornments, number tokens, alpha dice, mirrored hearts, and the popular metallic gilded rubs in accents and alphas…

fasteners are an important part of any creative project, so having a variety of ways to attach things makes it even better.  the new display hangers allow you to showcase mini works of art, photos, cards, tags, and more with a customizable label.  the fluted fasteners and hex fasteners add a little style to the everyday brad.  mini book rings and clip bails also allow new ways to fasten your favorite findings and more…

there are so many types of papers, tapes, and textured surfaces being released that allow your creativity to explore new possibilities.  the new plain tissue wrap is one of my favorites and has been a request from many of you to bring it to market without any printing.  well, it’s here and ready for you to print on, stamp on, even type on, and then adhere to your projects with your favorite collage mediums to provide a translucent layer.  the sophisticate cabinet cards bring a new element of style with two sizes of black and gold accented frames ready to add your favorite photo or found relative.  we can never have enough tape so in addition to a new design tape, we’re releasing the popular deco sheets as tape too that includes 1/2″ and 1/4″ in both metallic colors.  if you’re looking for unique surfaces, the new substrate sheets are something you have to see to believe and i’ll be demoing this at cha for sure.  the new textile surfaces bring a variety of adhesive backed fabrics ready to stamp, color, and die cut for your projects that include linens and distressed chambray…

if you’re looking for a different way to display your photos and ephemera, the new page pockets allow you incorporate them with ease in the flip frame we released last year.  these top-loading clear pockets attach to the rings of the flip frame making it easy to showcase your memories…

the world of mixed media has inspired our creative minds to think outside the box, but the new vignette boxes and panels might have you doing just the opposite.  these scaled sized wooden boxes and panels are charred to perfection and ready to alter any way you imagine.  the boxes are sold as a set of 4 as are the panels and if purchased together, allow you to create your own mini cigar-style boxes like the project shown.  these little guys are such fun to paint, stain, collage on, and of course attach things to using mini screw eyes, clips and more because of their solid wood construction…

a couple of other new structures include the framed panel, a solid wooded panel with a matching wood frame ready to alter and assemble to create a finished masterpiece in no time.  the panel displays perfectly in the new adjustable easel with sliding adjustable clips that can also hold larger items like burlap and canvas panels.  the new mini clipboard is a cute as it is functional with it’s removable hinge clip allowing you to collage and alter the clipboard surface to customize…

supply meets solution with the new supply spinner.  i fell in love with the vintage hardware spinner i found a while ago and use it daily in my studio, now we’ve designed one perfect for your creative space.  this rugged metal (non-stackable) spinner is divided into six sections and perfect for holding inks, paints, tools, embellishments, and more…

if you’re wanting more storage options, i’ve teamed up with storage studios to bring you this industrial storage cart complete with seven wire mesh drawers, distressed wooden top, and wheels to move it around your studio wherever you need it.  this holds everything from inks, paints, stamps, stencils, papers, fabrics, dies, and the perfect surface for your die cut machine – oh the possibilities…

dapper

finally here’s a look at the new dapper paper line inspired by the tailored textiles of a by-gone era and the typography of vintage cigar boxes.  i have to say this is one of my favorite collections of all times with the combination of timeless elements and distressed palette.  this fusion of color, texture, and design is the perfect compliment to the previous idea-ology paper lines…
