art from the heart…

hey bloggers!  what an incredible day of teaching at the fabulous art from the heart in the uk.  simply an amazing experience with wonderful people and creativity.  a sincere thank you to all of my students who joined in the workshop (and of course for all of the nobby's nuts and chocolates you brought), also thanks to our gracious hosts ben and dy reaveley owners of art from the heart.  if you ever get to harrogate, and have a chance to visit this shop, you must see it simply inspiration everywhere!  projects, artwork, samples, and lots of products for sale (ranger, idea-ology, sizzix, tonic, and stampers anonymous of course – my favorites!).  today i taught 2 sessions of a new workshop called "the artful journal" and dy made this exclusive commemorative ticket collage that she had printed for each of them – love her style!  students created journals using the new art parts creative covers, new idea-ology ring binders, kraft resist, alpha parts, grunge blocks, new ranger distress stains, and of course other ranger and idea-ology goodness.  i loved their unique ideas and concepts for this journal – simply an amazing day of workshops.  we're off tomorrow to birmingham to get ready for the stitches trade show this weekend.  here's just a glimpse of today…t!m
